gFit is an interactive fitness assistant that generates home workout plans directly within your chat. Using dedicated library of exercises with short video tutorials, gFit helps users to do the exercises according to their needs.

Setup
gFit ChatGPT Plugin is intended to be installed as a hosted MCP server in ChatGPT. No separate account, API key, or OAuth flow is required for normal usage.
1. Add the server
Use the hosted MCP server URL: https://chatgpt.gfit.world/mcp.
2. Connect in ChatGPT
Complete the standard ChatGPT MCP connection flow for a hosted HTTPS server.
3. Try it out
Ask ChatGPT to create a quick home workout plan and interact with the video widget.
What it does
gFit shows exercises according to the user criteria e.g. difficulty and body area. As a result the user receives a workout plan with interactive widget displaying high-quality video tutorials, along with exercise tags and step-by-step instructions.
Customized Workout
Users can request general full-body routines or target specific muscle groups or choose difficulty level and gFit creates a workout plan for them.
Interactive Video Widgets
Users get an interactive widget displaying real exercise video tutorials right inside the chat window.
Seamless Session Tracking
gFit tracks the user's progress. After pressing button "mark as done" on the widget, that target exercise is tracked as completed (that progress saves for 24 hours).
How to use it
You can request a workout simply by typing a natural language prompt. ChatGPT will automatically trigger the
get_exercise_catalog tool and will choose 3 the most appropriate exercises, then it will use
show_exercise tool that will render a video widget with the text of exercise below.

Browses the gFit library of equipment-free exercises and returns a capped slice of matching entries (id,
title, body zones, difficulty, theme, video length). Optional filters: bodyZones,
difficulty, theme, limit. Read-only.

Troubleshooting
Connection issues

Confirm the MCP server URL is exactly
https://chatgpt.gfit.world/mcp. - Make sure the client supports hosted MCP servers over HTTPS.
- If the server does not connect, retry from a clean session and verify the endpoint is reachable.
Rendering issues
- Ask ChatGPT clearly to "create a home workout plan".
- The widget requires ChatGPT to correctly render the UI extension. If the widget fails to load, ensure ChatGPT's MCP extension is enabled.
- If the structure looks wrong, start a new chat session to reset the context.
